Social Anxiety Group

Do you suffer from anxiety in social situations? Avoid parties and meeting new people? Panic when you have to give a presentation?

Are you tired of letting your social anxiety interfere with your life?

Social anxiety is one of the most common anxiety disorders, affecting between 7 and 13% of the population. Social anxiety is a treatable condition. Thousands of research studies indicate that, after completing cognitive behaviour therapy, people with social anxiety disorder are changed. They now live a life that is no longer controlled by fear and anxiety.

This spring, we are offering a special Social Anxiety Clinic for individuals who suffer from anxiety in social situations. Over the course of six weekly sessions, we will provide a friendly and supportive group environment for understanding and challenging your anxiety. We will help you to explore and understand the causes and symptoms of your social anxiety. You will also have the opportunity to practice doing some of the activities that you fear, with a group of people who have a unique understanding of what you are going through.
